All fees are non-refundable. We accept cash, check and credit card. There will be a bank fee associated with using the credit card option of either $2.50 or 3% of the fee being assessed whichever is greater.

NOTE: If work is started without the appropriate permit, all fees will be doubled.

The City of Alexandria Zoning is now being managed by Campbell County Planning, Zoning & Building Department. All zoning inquiries and permit submittals should come through this office as of 3/01/2023. Code Enforcement concerns will continue to be handled by the City at this time.
