The Campbell County Citizens’ Academy is an eight-week program that gives residents a behind-the-scenes look at county government. Participants explore county departments through facility tours, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and conversations with the people who provide services every day, gaining a deeper understanding of how local government serves the community. 

Applications for the 2026 Citizens' Academy are closed.  Applications for the 2027 Citizens' Academy will open in July, 2027.
