Campbell County Fiscal Court is accepting applications for a full-time Animal Control Officer with the Campbell County Animal Services. The Animal Control Officer provides direct care of animals housed in the shelter, educates the public on animal laws and licensing, animal control operations and general animal care. Enforces State laws and County or City ordinances when necessary. This is a semi-skilled position responsible for assisting with the day to day operation of Animal Services. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or the equivalency, plus one-year direct experience in the care and keeping of animals and animal control practices; or equivalent combinations of training and experience.  Candidates must maintain a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and also be able to be sworn in as an Animal Control Officer with the willingness to complete training to become a certified Animal Control Officer and willingness to  complete the required 16 hours of training to become a certified Euthanasia Specialist.  This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position with a pay rate of $24.09 per hour. This is a 2nd shift position, with the hours of 2pm to 10pm.

Campbell County Fiscal Court is accepting applications for a seasonal Clubhouse Supervisor. The Clubhouse Supervisor assists the Head Golf Professional in day-to-day golf course operations including customer service and supervision of part-time golf course staff in the Head Golf Professional’s absence.  The Clubhouse Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing concession operations at the golf course including training and scheduling concession staff, purchasing food and beverage inventory according to anticipated demand, and maintaining accurate financial information and records.   All duties are performed with a high commitment to overall customer satisfaction.  High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of customer or food service management service that included supervisory experience, and/or equivalent combinations of education or experience. This is a seasonal, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour plus benefits package.

Campbell County Fiscal Court is accepting applications for a full-time Housing Inspector in the Housing Department. The Housing Inspector performs inspections on residential properties for compliance with HUD Housing Choice Voucher Housing Quality Standards (HQS)/National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), Kentucky Building Code, Campbell and Pendleton County and various city Zoning Ordinances, and Property Maintenance Code standards. Two years of experience in the housing Industry, Real Estate, construction, and/or property inspections. Associate’s degree in a construction-related area or two years of experience in a construction related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. Possession of Housing Choice Voucher Housing Quality Standards Specialist and/or National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate Certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days from date of hire. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to, sitting, walking standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, climb or balance, and lift and/or move objects that weigh up to up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, 35 hour per week position with a pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour.
