59th Annual Campbell County Senior Citizens' Picnic

The Campbell County Senior Citizens' Picnic takes place annually at Pendery Park in Melbourne on the fourth Wednesday in September from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There will be live music, Bingo, chair volleyball, corn hole, door prizes, and a chicken dinner.

Ticket sales are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tickets at the gate on the day of the event will cost $15. 
Pre-sale tickets will be available for $10 each beginning August 1^st at the locations listed below.

If you wish to contribute a door prize for the event, email Marsha Dufeck, Senior Center Manager, at MDufeck@campbellcountyky.gov or call 859-572-4300 for more details.  Door prizes can be dropped off Monday through Friday at the Senior Center, located at 3504 Alexandria Pike in Highland Heights.

Door prize contributors will receive:

• Business name listed in picnic program
• Recognition on combined gift baskets, including business name and donated item

Vendor Table Registration

We are grateful to all community partners who help make this event a success each year.  Organizations are invited to participate as sponsors and reserve a vendor table at one of the levels listed below. The deadline to apply is September 1, 2026. Payment instructions and invoices will be provided upon registration. All sponsorships are tax deductible.  Campbell County’s Tax ID is 61-6000-901.

Sponsorship Levels

SUPPORTER - $250.00 includes:

• Business name and logo in the picnic program
• Vendor table and chairs along the walkway (option to bring your own pop-up tent)
• Two lunches

PARTNER - $500.00 includes:

• Business name and logo on large welcome banner
• Business name and logo in the picnic program
• Vendor table and chairs in the main tent (as space allows) or along the walkway (option to bring your own pop-up tent)
• Registration for vendor table and chair(s) in the main tent area OR along the walkway in picnic area (you may bring your own pop up tent)
• Two lunches

PREMIER - $750.00 includes:

• On-stage recognition by the Judge/Executive
• Business name and logo on head table centerpieces in the main tent
• Business name and logo on large welcome banner
• Business name and logo in the picnic program
• Priority placement for vendor table and chairs in the main tent or along the walkway (option to bring your own pop-up tent)
• Four lunches
