Reservations Payment/Cancellation/Change Policy

• All reservations require 100% payment at the time of booking.
• Refunds due to inclement weather will not be issued.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations for holiday or special event weekends.
• No refunds for early departures.
• No partial refunds.
• Shelters - No cancellations will be refunded less than thirty (30) days prior to the reservation.
• All other reservation changes and cancellations require notice 72 hours prior to date of arrival. (i.e.,  A Friday reservation must be cancelled by Tuesday.)  A $13 fee (per site reserved) is non-refundable for all cancellations regardless of when the reservation is cancelled to cover processing fees.
