Voucher Program
ampbell County households can get four (4) free vouchers to dispose of household trash throughout the Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30). Vouchers are valid upon receipt until the end of the voucher period. Guidelines and restrictions apply.
Voucher Period 1 = July 1 – December 31 | Voucher Period 2 = January 1 – June 30
- Residents can get four (4) vouchers each fiscal year, beginning July 1.
- Vouchers will expire either on June 30 or December 31, depending on when you apply for your voucher.
- Applicants must provide proof of Campbell County residency.
- Examples: valid driver’s license or photo ID, utility bill, deed, or lease.
- Vouchers are good for one truckload or one 8-ft trailer load. If stacked, pile must by under 3-feet tall. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the resident.
- Accepted: household trash, furniture, mattresses, yard waste, and home renovation debris.
- Not Accepted: hazardous waste, tires, appliances, electronics, and liquid waste.
- Rumpke has the right to refuse any item.
- Supplemental vouchers are available (receive up to 10) once every four years per household.
