Incentives

The Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development (CED) is the main point of contact for all State level incentives. CED offers incentives for new and expanding industry, small businesses, workforce training and more.

The Campbell County Economic Development Office is the main point of contact for all County level incentives.  We will work directly with our partners in the incorporated Cities to provide a comprehensive incentive package for new and expanding business.

The City of Dayton, Kentucky, is committed to the promotion of high quality development in the City and to an ongoing improvement in the quality of life for its citizens. Some of these efforts include: Property Assessment Moratorium, Jobs Development Incentive Program, Historic Investment Tax Credit, and Paint Partnership Program.

The City of Newport, Kentucky, is happy to offer several programs to help support job growth, investment, and property improvement within the City. Some of these programs include: Job Development Incentive Program, Property Assessment Moratorium, Historic Investment Tax Credit, TIF District, and Façade Grants.

The City of Wilder, Kentucky, is dedicated to the growth of business and the overall quality of life for its citizens. The City will consider economic development incentives to qualifying businesses on a case-by-case basis.
